1. Free setup help
Beta license holders receive white-glove setup help at no extra cost. If you want a hands-off installation, the podCARTEL team will step in to deploy the storefront, link the domain, and verify the setup.
2. Your 60-day test window
You have 60 days to put podOS through its paces, including syncing products, running traffic, and testing direct Stripe checkout. The 60-day clock starts on the day the live store is handed over, not on the purchase date.
3. Requesting a refund
If podOS is not a fit after you test it, request the refund before your 60-day window is up. Use support in your signed-in account portal or email support@podcartel.com from the address tied to your purchase. You may include the Stripe receipt or Checkout details to help locate the purchase; never email full payment-card details.
4. Refund amount
The promise is a prompt, 100% refund of the amount charged for the founding seller license. The listed offer price is $399.99 USD; if an authorized promotion changed the amount charged in Stripe Checkout, 100% means the amount actually paid.
