podOS founding seller beta

Purchase terms

A plain-language record of what the current founder offer includes and how the account-first purchase works.

Last updated August 11, 2026

1. The product and price

podOS is buy-once storefront software for independent print-on-demand sellers. The current founding seller offer is an exclusive closed beta license for a one-time payment of $399.99 USD, before any promotion applied in Stripe Checkout. It is not presented as a recurring podOS software subscription.

The offer describes this as a lifetime license. Beta license holders are also grandfathered into the V1 public release and future core updates.

The license price does not include charges from your domain registrar, Cloudflare usage outside any applicable free allowance, Stripe, Mailgun, print providers, shipping carriers, taxes, or other customer-selected services. Those providers bill you under their own terms.

2. Account-first purchase

You first create and verify an account at account.podcartel.com. From that account, you continue to Stripe Checkout. After a completed payment or fully discounted Checkout, Stripe returns you to the account portal so the exact purchase can be verified and linked to the verified buyer.

Stripe processes the payment. podCARTEL verifies the Checkout Session, product, price, payment state, and account owner before granting installer access.

3. Customer-controlled store

podOS installs the storefront into your Cloudflare account. Your store uses your domain, your Stripe account for payments, and your supported print-provider accounts for product syncing and order routing. The beta is focused on Printify, Printful, Gooten, and Gelato.

You provide the customer-controlled accounts and credentials needed for setup, including Cloudflare, Stripe, your print provider, and Mailgun for email. Before a self-service deployment can run, your domain must be an active zone in the selected Cloudflare account, and that account must have Cloudflare Zero Trust configured with an Access identity provider and multi-factor authentication. The beta setup service can guide you through those prerequisites, but you choose and control the identity provider and account.

Credentials are entered through the account and installer flow, not sent through the public marketing site.

4. Beta setup and onboarding

The offer includes the automated installer, guided setup help, and free white-glove installation help for beta license holders who want a hands-off installation. The current offer discloses a 7 to 14-day onboarding backlog.

podOS is a closed beta rather than a general-availability release. The offer includes storefront and admin functions, Stripe checkout, supported POD product syncing and order routing, lifecycle email and abandoned-cart tools, upsells, and operational health checks.

5. Beta guarantee

The founding seller offer includes free setup help and a 60-day “Prove It” guarantee whose clock starts when the live store is handed over—not on the purchase date. Read the full plain-language Beta Guarantee and Refund Policy before purchasing.
